PRIVACY POLICY

This document (Privacy Policy) provides information on the collection and handling of the user's (the User) personal details in connection with the services supplied by FABIO PERINI S.P.A. (PERINI) and KPL PACKAGING S.P.A. (KPLP). The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to inform the User on the nature of the personal details requested by PERINI and KPL PACKAGING from the User as well as on Perini's and KPLP's data-processing methods and purposes.
The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to protect the User's privacy, and the User is therefore requested to read this document.
This Privacy Policy, drawn up in accordance with Act 196/2003, may be amended from time to time by PERINI and KPLP, depending on specific needs or legal requirements. The User is therefore requested to check this Privacy Policy at regular intervals for changes or amendments.

Collection, use and disclosure of personal details 
The Registration Form available on www.fp.kpl.net/sparesonline and www.kplpack.kpl.net/sparesonline, asks the User to provide some details, including the User's name, family name, mobile phone number and email address. Such details are essential for the User to make use of some of the services provided by PERINI and KPLP (the Services), including the online purchase of spare parts for PERINI's and KPLP's goods (the Goods). 
In particular, the User's personal details shall be used to the following ends:
a) to send notices on the Goods purchased by the User;
b) to send information on promotions and/or sales of new Goods.

Based on the personal details entered by the User, PERINI and KPLP will set up a special service usable only by the User. The User may send in orders by entering a user ID and password.
As regards the purposes under letters a) and b) above, PERINI and KPLP shall not send information for purely commercial purposes to the User's email address without the User's express agreement.
The User may correct, change or have his/her personal details deleted at any time by sending an e-mail to serviceparts@fp.kpl.net or to serviceparts@kplpack.kpl.net or a fax to +39 0583 460764 or +39 051 3174181.
Any User's detail collected by PERINI and KPLP may be passed on by PERINI and KPLP to other companies for assistance and support in the supply of services to the User or for statistical surveys or marketing purposes. In these cases, PERINI and KPLP will ask the User to express his/her agreement to the passing or disclosure of his/her personal details.
 
Cookies
PERINI and KPLP may use automatic systems for the collection of the User's details, such as cookies, links, etc., to the following ends: i) research and development associated with the Goods; ii) Customer services and marketing purposes. 
"Cookies" are sets of information sent by PERINI and KPLP to the User's browser and stored in the memory of the computer hard-disk. Such details may be used to enable PERINI and KPLP to recognize the User for the above purposes or to provide the User with assistance or support during the supply of the Services, etc.
Please note that the User may stop the communication and use of the "cookies" at any time, by changing his/her browser configuration.

Personal data security
PERINI and KPLP take all the measures required to protect the User's personal details in order to prevent such details being destroyed, lost, altered or illegally accessed.
To such end, PERINI and KPLP inform the User that their staff authorized to access such details and in charge of processing them is bound to treat any detail supplied by the user to PERINI and KPLP as confidential.

Agreement on privacy terms and amendments
