Technical Service

The Technical Service department encompasses all machine services carried out by our technicians, whether over the phone or through a visit directly to your premises.

No matter where you are in the world, our Technical Service will supply appropriate assistance. We understand that by well maintaining and updating our machinery, you will continue to enjoy the quality, efficiency and competitive advantages that led you to choose our equipment in the first place.

For fastest response, we have organized our Technical Service department into seven geographical divisions. Our regional network provides post-sales service, preventive maintenance, materials supply during the warranty period, emergency response, "online" solutions, and dedicated technical personnel, all backed by our worldwide network, our expertise, our Research & Development.

And as a further measure to minimize any rare occasions of downtime, our TeleProfessional remote connection is available with answers 24 hours a day.

Service Parts

Wherever your plant is located, our service is nearby, to deliver service parts whenever needed. Every branch office has access to our central system around the clock, assuring the correct part is identified and shipped quickly to your factory. In addition to our central warehouse, we can draw on the warehouses of Fabio Perini North America, Körber Engineering Shanghai, Fabio Perini Brazil and Fabio Perini Japan when necessary.

Our branch offices are also your direct link to service and production expertise from our plant in Italy. At every level, dedicated personnel are constantly at your disposal.

Training

Our Training & Documentation Service is an efficient way to increase employees' technical expertise and to obtain optimal results from Perini machinery. This service is directed to both internal and external technical personnel.

In our constant effort to satisfy needs and expectations, the key aspects of this program are:
