Positions the final tail of the log coming from the rewinder, and seals it with a line of glue. The result of this task is easily seen at the start of a new tissue roll.

A doctor blade system assures the quality of the final tail seal by metering exactly the right amount of glue on the web. Its simple and rational mechanics contribute to drastically reduced maintenance costs.
The tail sealer model 561DLX embodies everything we know about tail sealing. Flexible and easy to run, its operator can match set the upper station to the log diameter right from the panel. Maintaining and replacing the upper belts is quick and easy. And the lower belts and suction boxes constitute a complete unit, easily removable and easy to clean.
