Machines
The 951F 2-color printer runs up to 550 mpm (1804 fpm).
The printing units are located around the 348 mm (13.70″) diameter central roll and are comprised of a mobile structure supporting the cliché roll, the anilox roll and the doctor blade. The cliché rolls are easily dismountable for quick pattern change. Compact architecture allows the machine to be transported as a single unit.
The 975FLX is an extremely compact 4-color printing unit for tissue products. High reliability and reduced vibrations because the cliché and anilox rolls are made of carbon fiber and hence, lighter. Attaining up to 760 m/min for the 2700-mm format, this machine is particularly recommended for TAD products. Ink distribution and emptying operations, circuit washing and water draining are completely automated.
The 986F 4-color printer can operate at a speed of 900 mpm (2953 fpm) on tissue paper up to 3600 mm (141.73″) wide. For every color, it is possible to install a washing unit to remove ink residues in the cliché rolls notches without interrupting the production cycle.
