All cutting parameters are controlled from the totally electronic control panel. 180 cuts/minute for toilet rolls, 90 cuts/minute for kitchen towels. For total flexibility, a Trimex vacuum trim elimination device at the rolls’ exit efficiently handles trims of any diameter and length.

Designed for converters who require four-lane capability at up to 160 cuts/min (toilet rolls) or 80 cuts/min (kitchen towels), this saw removes the need for downstream diverters. Combined with an appropriate log discharge unit, it allows use of the four lanes in any combination, according to your packaging requirements.

The 165E is easy to operate and has all the necessary modern features, including easy clamp adjustment for different roll diameters, simplified maintenance, and a vacuum trim elimination unit (Trimex).

Special design features guarantee optimal cutting performance and better, safer cleaning of the sharpening unit.
