Flying Splice
Reels of cardboard strips are unwound to the core winder to form cores. Some unwinder models have a strip gluing section that avoids having to interrupt the production cycle when the cardboard reel is spent.

This unwinder for cardboard strips is designed to feed high-performance corewinders. Its compact structure, high production speed and production of high quality cores — even during reel changes — make this new model adaptable to a wide range of modern production scenarios.
The Model 325B is comprised of three main sections: unwinding, accumulation, and lamination/lubrication. Its ability to unwind two cardboard reels on a single structure further reduces required space.
