Embossers
In this part of the line, the web is compressed between two cylinders, one of which is steel, bearing a pattern that is transferred through pressure onto the web.
The embossing process combines the plies, giving the product bulk and softness. Art Embossing applies custom decorations to the ply, for a uniquely innovative product.
Machines
Made to separately emboss two or more plies and join them with a light film of glue, this machine offers the utmost flexibility in choosing embossing patterns, using P/P, DESL or Deco-Embossing processes. Product change is quick and easy, simply by changing the steel rolls' position. Rolls can be replaced entirely in less than two hours.
One of our newest models, this most versatile embossing-laminator efficiently produces highly distinctive products when teamed with a folding machine. It separately embosses two or more plies then glues and couples them with the deco-embossing method.
Ideal for border embossing in phase, with printing and the folding head. Versatility in a wide choice of engraving patterns, quickly changeable by easy replacement of the decoration roll.
