The design of this semi-automatic slitter-rewinder has been continuously enhanced. By adopting the Evolution Kit, it can be made completely automatic, optimizing the production cycle for logs with whole-length cores.

The model 575C is a tail sealer for industrial lines. Its structural simplicity, mechanical efficiency, ease of operation, and minimal maintenance requirements make it a popular choice. This simple but reliable tail sealer also guarantees maximum flexibility. Obtainable diameters vary from 120 mm (4.72”) to 450 mm (17.72”) and performance does not vary with different paper types. The machine can attain a production speed of up to 19 logs/min.

The accumulator smoothes the flow of logs between rewinder and log saw, and this contributes to the flexibility and reliability of the entire converting line.
This proven performance model has been enhanced to increase accumulation capacity and transportable log diameter. The updated version has a maximum capacity of 81 logs for diameters of up to 270 mm, and 57 logs for diameters of up to 330 mm. It handles 20 logs/min at the loading phase and 22 logs/min at the discharge phase.

Within an industrial converting line, these machines optimize "passage" between rewinder (or tail sealer - accumulator): they are designed to respect the times and parameters set on the other machines comprising the line. The log loader contributes to the flexibility and reliability of the entire converting line, allowing the logs being produced to flow more smoothly. These models can be supplied together with special conveyor belts or be inserted in the line with particular log saw models.

Designed for sequential cut-off of industrial rolls, this dependable machine handles diameters of 120 mm (4.72”) to 450 mm (17.71”), and lengths of 95 mm (3.74”) to 800 mm (31.49”).

An automatic machine for producing cardboard cores up to 3600 mm, it, too, offers flexibility and production efficiency. Features include electronic adjustment (belt slope and  tensioning), quick mandrel change, optimal cutting quality (with cut perpendicular to the axis), and reduced tolerances (+/-2 mm) independent of the core length and production speed.
Corewinder speed can vary according to the core diameter to be produced, up to 60 m/min with a 35 mm diameter core.
