The new XU1 model is a reel unwinder able to guarantee maximum flexibility and efficiency typical of machinery produced by Fabio Perini S.p.A. also to simpler toilet roll and kitchen towel lines.
This model can unwind reels having one or more plies, a central core and a max diameter of 2500 mm, at the speed of up to 800 mpm.

The new model XU2 is a reel unwind backstand capable of guaranteeing maximum flexibility and efficiency even in simpler converting lines.
This model can unwind reels having one or two plies, a central core and a diameter of up to 2500 mm, attaining the speed of 550 m/min.

The model XDE1 is an embosser aimed at emerging markets and designed for the X3 toilet roll production line.
The XDE1, conceived to work in DESL mode, separately embosses two web plies and unites them through the application of a thin film of glue.

The model XDE2 is an embosser-laminator developed within the Concept X range of machinery, designed to be implemented in toilet roll and kitchen towel lines directed at the entry level segment of the market.
This unit is characterized by the speed with which it is possible to change embossing rolls, conferring extreme flexibility to the whole production line.

The new continuous rewinder X3 is designed to produce one-, two- or three-ply toilet rolls with core. The machine can run up to 200 mpm, or 10 logs/min. Its compact design and modularity simplify installation and disassembly procedures and reduce maintenance. The X3 can be equipped with a double rubber-to-steel embossing section. Also, it can be equipped for edge-embossing and laminating.

The new rewinder X8 is perfect for converters entering the toilet-roll/kitchen-towel market. Electronic controls enable easy automatic operation. It can also handle wide formats (3000 - 3600 mm), yielding great market flexibility and production efficiency. 

The XA1 accumulator/log loader will add flexibility and reliability to your new toilet roll or kitchen towel line. In case of excess log production, the incorporated discharge device can pass logs to the subsequent stations, respecting parameters set on the other machines.

The XA2 is our newest accumulator model, perfect for the new and growing producer of toilet rolls and kitchen towels. At a loading-unloading speed of 35-37 logs/min, excess log production can pass from the rewinder-tail sealer to downstream stations. Processing times on the other machines are respected, so the entire line runs smoothly and reliably.

When entering the toilet roll or kitchen towel market, production line efficiency is one of the keys to growth, and the new XLL1 log loader helps assure that. It facilitates passage of logs between our XA2 accumulator and XLS2 log saw, transporting 85-155 mm diameter logs at an infeed speed of 35 logs/min.

The XLS1 log saw is a two-lane, start-stop model for great flexibility when changing cutting lengths. Developed specifically for the needs of new producers, it attains a maximum speed of 130 strokes/min.

The new XLS2 log saw gives entry-level toilet roll and kitchen towel producers the important advantage of flexibility. This four-lane, start-stop saw cuts logs of 90-160 mm in diameter. Its operator can modify the roll and trim length directly from the control panel, even while the machine is running.
