By pursuit of a structured self-renewal process, the Fold Division of Fabio Perini S.p.A. has attained two important goals: high quality of the finished product and high productivity on the converting line.
These values are embodied in our new Advanced models for folded products. By offering many possible line configurations, this new generation of machines combines product quality, versatility (through the addition of laminators, printing units, etc.) and efficient use of floor space. In-line and “U”-style configurations are both possible.
Machines
This versatile machine folds a wide range of tissue, nonwoven and dry-laid products in various formats (from 23x23 to 50x50 cm) with various types of folds – from the traditional 1/4, to 1/2, M, MC, N, and Z. It thus also satisfies the requirements of producers entering this field.
Production speed:
Up to 800 mpm (2625 fpm); up to 2500 napkins/min; Up to 55 packs/min

850 mpm (2789 fpm)

Supplying a sound answer to the needs of producers in continually expanding markets, the model 8.7 Advanced is the result of careful research into installed equipment, leading to improvements in the hydraulic lifting system and the folding heads, and even greater precision and durability.
