Point-to-Point Evolution

Companies working in the tissue converting field face a determining factor when it comes to positioning their product on the market: the choice of the embossing rolls engraving. The experience of Fabio Perini S.p.A. coupled with the technical knowledge of the engraving process by Perini Engraving S.r.l., have yielded the new Point-to-Point Evolution pattern. Together with the P.P.P. Evolution pattern, introduced in 2007, this new technology is part of the realm of mechanical engravings. The advantages are visible both on a mechanical level as well as on the finished product. The points of an embossing roll engraved with the Point-to-Point Evolution method are stronger and more resistant. Products made using this new technology are bulkier, more absorbent and softer. They reproduce the characteristics typical of chemical engravings and supply a concrete answer to the needs of converters.
