Intership

Internship for high school and college graduates constitutes an excellent way to get to know the company and gain practical experience.
Internship duration ranges from two weeks to six months.
The intern is partnered with:

• a tutor for orientation, who provides the information necessary to start working in the company
• an area tutor, i.e. the manager of the department to which the intern has been assigned, who provides the training and the tools necessary to attain the targets set forth.

Fabio Perini S.p.A. offers three kinds of internship:

Secondary schools
Our company has many contacts with the world of education, in particular with technical schools. In the course of the year we host several groups of students, usually for 2 weeks. The first week is spent in the workshop, the second in a technical department.

Universities
Collaboration with universities is an important strategic element of our company. Fabio Perini S.p.A. greatly invests in young people and research; for this reason it always maintains constant contact with university realms.
The student is hosted in our company and has the opportunity to look more closely at our environment, study particular cases, and carry out in-depth analyses.
This experience results in university final dissertations as well as projects for post-university courses.
During 2007, we hosted 20 students, who pursued various subjects such as:

• Human Resources evaluation
• Company atmosphere
• Balance sheet analysis
• Quality and impact
• Self-candidacy

Sometimes we also accept interns upon their personal request. This is an opportunity for us to get to know the person for possible future employment. For the interns, this constitutes an enriching experience that will be useful in their professional lives.
